We have three main operations:

• The purchase of wild-fished oysters which undergo a rigorous purification process before they are given the quality mark “VenOysters”. That is our customers guarrantee that our oysters are a clean, safe product.

• Production of oyster spat, which are ongrown to market size. We believe that stock-enhancment is an important tool with which to supplement the wild oyster population.

• A sustainable production of fish juveniles, for both on-growing and stock-enhancement. Our customers get the fastest growth rates avaliable. Stock-enhancement projects can supplement hard-pressed wild stocks of fish.

We prefer to establish long-term agreements with a few, close quality-aware customers. Their confidence in our products is vital to us.
