Oyster spat We have successfully managed to produce large quantities of high-quality spat in our outdoor system of ponds. The plan is to grow these on until market size. We believe that our spat production can supplement the wild oyster population throughout Europe through stock enhancement, based on the principal of sowing before one can reap.
